Study Reveals Color Vision Tends to Fade With Age

According to an article published on WebMD a study reveals that color vision tends to fade with age and many people lose the ability to clearly differentiate some colors as they grows. Typically it starts around the age of 70 and keeps getting worse.

The good news is that day-to-day life of these seniors doesn’t seem to be affected by the loss of color vision.

According to Michael Crognale, director of cognitive and brain science with the department of psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno, cautioned that changes in color vision can be a sign of significant medical problems, such as diabetes.
