Benefits of Dark Chocolate for Healthy Eyes



Chocolate is sweet and a lot of people liked it apparently contains a lot of benefits for our body. But you also have to keep eyes healthy eating carrots and brown than black.

Recent research found that dark chocolate (dark chocolate) can increase the ability of the eye to see in low-contact situations, such as bad weather. Other benefits offered are dark chocolate can lower blood pressure and also appears to have beneficial effects on cholesterol levels, platelet function and insulin sensitivity.

Researchers at the University Of Reading In England found that participants' vision improved by 17 percent in contrasting light conditions after they ate a dark chocolate bar compared to when they ate a white chocolate bar, which contained far less cocoa flavonols.
